The 90-Day Guarantee

If our products aren't a good fit, we'll refund you. You don't have to explain yourself, and you don't have to mail back an empty tub.

We can stand behind it this plainly because the research is real and the product does the work. The only thing left is whether it's right for you, and 90 days is enough to know.

How it works

  • Reach out within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund the unit you've opened. No return needed.
  • Bought more than one? Send back any unopened units and we'll refund those too, in full.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment, usually within a few business days of our reply.

The fine print

The window. The 90-day period begins on the date your order is delivered. Requests made after 90 days fall outside the guarantee, though you're always welcome to reach out and we'll do what we reasonably can.

What's refundable.

  • Up to one (1) opened unit per customer. No return is required for the opened unit.
  • Any number of unopened, unused units, refunded in full once they're returned to us in resalable condition. A unit is "unopened" if its seal is intact.

One guarantee per customer. The 90-day guarantee may be used once per customer or household (by name, email, shipping address, or payment method). It's there to let you try the product without risk, not as a standing return account.

Return shipping. For unopened units, we provide a prepaid return label and deduct its cost from your refund. The opened unit never needs to be returned.

Subscriptions. The guarantee applies to your first subscription shipment, the same as a one-time order. After that, you can cancel anytime from your account and your next shipment won't be charged, but individual past shipments beyond the first aren't covered by the 90-day refund.

Where it applies. The guarantee covers orders placed directly on metabolicskincare.com. It does not apply to wholesale or B2B orders, or to products bought through any third-party retailer or marketplace. Those are governed by the terms of that channel.

Gifts. Refunds are issued to the original purchaser, not the recipient.

Before a dispute. If something's wrong with your order, please email us first. We respond fast and we'd almost always rather fix it or refund it directly than have you go through your bank. Contacting us doesn't cost you the guarantee; it's just faster for everyone.

Good faith. We reserve the right to decline refunds where there's evidence of abuse (for example, repeated returns across multiple accounts or addresses). We'll always tell you why.
