The good news is that hydrolyzed collagen peptides have one of the most reassuring safety profiles in the supplement space, with data from dozens of clinical trials and thousands of participants. Here's what the evidence actually reports, including the minor effects some people experience, the serious concerns that haven't materialized, and the few situations where caution is warranted.
What Clinical Trials Report About Safety
